First, select the blanking. After completion, the next process will begin. Different stainless steel workpieces will enter the corresponding process according to the processing requirements. Secondly, when bending, the tool and slot used for bending should be determined according to the size on the drawing and the thickness of the stainless steel material. The key to the selection of the upper mold is to prevent the material from colliding with the tool to cause deformation, which is determined according to the thickness of the stainless steel plate. When riveting, consider the height of the stud, choose a suitable mold, and then adjust the pressure of the press to ensure the bolt.
The column is flush with the surface of the workpiece to avoid the stud from being pressed loosely or out of the surface of the workpiece, causing the workpiece to be scrapped. Welding includes argon arc welding, spot welding, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding and manual arc welding. The welding position of the workpiece should be considered when spot welding, and positioning tooling should be made during batch processing of stainless steel plates to ensure that the spot welding position is accurate.
In order to ensure firm welding, it is necessary to make bumps on the workpiece to be welded so that the bumps are in contact with the stainless steel plate before energized welding, so as to ensure that each point is heated uniformly and the welding position can be determined. In addition, during the welding process, the pre-tightening time, holding time and rest time should be adjusted to ensure that the workpiece is spot welded firmly.
The surface of the stainless steel sheet workpiece needs to be treated after bending and riveting, and the surface treatment methods of different sheets are also different. The surface of the stainless steel cold plate is usually electroplated after processing. After electroplating, it is not sprayed, but phosphated. After phosphating, spraying is required. After the surface is cleaned and degreasing, the plating plate is sprayed.
After the surface pretreatment of stainless steel sheet, it needs to enter the spraying process. When the workpiece needs to be sprayed after assembly, the conductive holes and other parts of the perforations should be protected. Soft glue sticks or screws can be inserted into the perforations. The parts that need conductive protection should be pasted with high temperature tape, and a large number of positioning tools should be made for positioning protection, so that spraying will not spray into the workpiece.
After spraying, the assembly process begins. Before assembling, the protective sticker used in the original stainless-steel spraying should be removed to ensure that there is no paint or powder sprayed in the internal threaded holes of the parts. During the whole process, gloves should be worn to prevent dust from splashing on the workpiece, and some workpieces should be purged and cleaned. After assembly, the packaging process begins. After inspection, put the workpiece in a special packaging bag for protection. Some workpieces without special packaging are packaged with bubble film. Before packaging, the bubble film should be cut into a large size that can be used to package the workpiece, so as not to be packaged on one side, affecting the processing speed; after packaging, a large number of special stainless steel cartons or bubble bags, rubber pads, pallets, wooden boxes, etc. can be customized, and they Put it into the carton, and then put the label of the finished or semi-finished product on the carton.
In addition to strict requirements in the production process, the quality inspection of stainless steel sheet processing parts should be produced independently. Under normal circumstances, the size of stainless steel sheet metal processing parts should be strictly controlled in accordance with the drawings, and the appearance quality should be strictly controlled.
